Welcome to Norbury Hall, a truly unique care home. The beautifully restored Grade II listed 17th century building is set in 9 acres of landscaped parkland and provides a tranquil peaceful environment for our residents to enjoy.
The ethos at Norbury Hall is centred around our residents' well being; the pillars of which are choice, dignity, security and fulfilment. Our highly trained staff are always respectful of these principles and aim to ensure that they are adhered to, thus providing the very finest standards of care.
One of our key strengths is that we provide highly individualised service. Each resident at Norbury Hall has their own unique personal care plan that specifies their care needs, personal preferences and tastes.
We aim to recreate the comfort and ambience that one would expect in their own home and in order to do this we constantly absorb feedback and listen to both residents, relatives and staff about how we can improve.
